Over 16 years of corporate experience in Global Crisis Management, implementing Emergency, Medical, Security, and Business Continuity Response programs.  Certified Department of Homeland Security trainer in Law Enforcement Active-Shooter Emergency Response (LASER), among several other disciplines.  Designs and conducts large-scale active-shooter / bomb blast response exercises for numerous federal, state, and local agencies.

Tactics Instructor

Over 16 years of combined experience in firearms and tactics, nuclear security, military and federal law enforcement.  Extensive experience across several federal agencies in planning and participating in high-risk complex operations.  Instructed various levels of marksmanship from basic to advanced, small unit leadership, small unit tactics, including Close Quarters Battle (CQB) / Close Quarters Clearing (CQC), open space tactics, and instructor-qualified in response to the Design Basis Threat (DBT).

Over 31 years of experience in the medical field training emergency room nurses, paramedics, EMTs, etc.  Specialties include mobile intensive care nurse (MICN), mass casualty mitigation, trauma management, and tactical medicine.  Advance training in multi-agency communication and coordination.  Tactical medical consultant for local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.

Executive Protection Lead

Former Secret Service Agent training staff for protective detail assignment

Over 40 years of experience with United States Secret Service managing details from presidential protection, advance travel, counter surveillance, multi-agency communications, and international relations.  Specializes in infrastructure vulnerability assessments, protectee travel and movement, tactical medical response, and investigation.

Medical doctor trained in mass casualty mitigation and large incident management

Over 21 years of practicing medicine with specialties in wilderness medicine, trauma, sports medicine, tactical medicine, among others.  Trained also in mass casualty mitigation, large incident management, and strategic planning.
